We guided the integration teams in a three-firm merger of national oncology research consortia. We harmonized organizational cultures and analyzed, designed and implemented operational efficiencies to reduce clinical research protocol development time vs. national averages. We established key performance indicators and created a dashboard for the newly-combined organization’s clinical trials portfolio, allowing senior leadership to track status at a glance and adjust project-specific resources more efficiently.
